What is wheel reconditioning? Well, reconditioning is the action of taking a used part and restoring it to a like-new condition. First, Ernie’s will select a gently used wheel. This selection process includes an inspection of the used wheel’s frame work. If the used wheel has suffered excess damage and we believe it will be unsafe, Ernie’s will not use this wheel during our reconditioning process. Once we have determined that the used wheel is safe to recondition, our Ernie’s technicians will practically return the wheel to new! This process allows you to have high quality wheels at a greatly reduced price.
